Dawn C. Bennett teaches voice and piano for The Perfect 5th Musical Arts Center.   She also teaches Musikgarten classes for babies and toddlers, and is the piano instructor for Young Music Explorers.  This year she will offer Music for Little Mozarts, a piano class for 4-6 year olds and The Singing Spot, a homeschool voice class for 4-7 year olds.  She also teaches a piano class for adults and teens.

Dawn Bennett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Western Maryland College, and Master’s degrees in piano and voice from Syracuse and Temple Universities, respectively. In addition, she took a year of post-graduate work in Musical theater at Syracuse University. Ms. Bennett pursued an acting career with starring roles in such shows as Phantom of the Opera, Nunsense, and Carousel. She has directed various plays such as FIDDLER ON THE ROOF JR, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR, and I NEVER SAW ANOTHER BUTTERFLY.In Franklin, MA she taught piano, voice, Kindermusik, and musical theatre at FSPA, and taught drama at the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter School. Ms. Bennett taught Music for Little Mozarts for M. Steinert & Sons and The Worcester Music Academy, and is a certified Musikgarten instructor.

Dawn directed handbell choirs in Wrentham, MA and here in Pennsylvania.  Currently, she is the music director for Mt. Zion UMC in Enola.  She works as a substitute teacher in various school districts in Central Pennsylvania.She enjoys teaching and loves sharing her love of music(and musical theatre).  She teaches students of all ages
